A standard espresso with hot water added. The hot water is added first so that the ‘crema’ is maintained.
- Cup (6 oz)
- Hot Water (to preference)
- Single or double shot of espresso (1-2 oz)
Brew single or double of fresh espresso with Wirsh espresso machine.
Dispense hot water from Wirsh espresso machine to the cup
