What improvements does the GU64 Gen2 offer?

1. Redesigned Exit Chute & Plasma System: We have significantly enlarged the chute to accommodate maximum coffee output. We also relocated the plasma generator's discharge needles to prevent them from being affected by grounds accumulation. In our stress tests, we ran 500g of various roasts (light to dark) continuously without a single clog.
Note: To prioritize this clog-free flow, the knocker has been removed due to space limitations.

 

2. Advanced Firmware Protection: The motor driver's firmware now includes an automatic protection feature. If a jam is detected, the grinder will automatically switch off for one minute to protect the motor.

 

3. Optimized Auger for All Bean Sizes: The auger has been redesigned to ensure smooth feeding of larger, dark-roasted beans (up to 14x9x6mm), preventing them from getting stuck before reaching the burrs.

Geimori's Plasma Anti-Static Technology neutralizes static in beans, ensuring a tidy, mess-free grinding experience every time.

Do you ship either with espresso or with filter burrs?

We offer a few options:
- GU64: comes with our multi-purpose burrs, which excel at espresso but also produce great results for filter coffee and other brewing methods.
- GU64F: comes with our dedicated filter burr set installed, specifically designed for those who primarily brew pour-over.

Does Geimori has an auto-off function?

Yes. It will stop automatically after finishing grinding for 5sec.
