Unbeatable value for the price.

This grinder outperforms others that cost 5 to 10 times as much and are marketed as “endgame” grinders.
I'm in a good position to judge this, since I've owned quite a few of these “endgame” grinders, such as the Weber Key and EG1, the Kafatek MC6, and many more.

I am very happy that i decided to purchase the GU63 and just can highly recommend it.

私はすでに約31万円の別のグラインダーを注文していますが、納品は2027年末〜2028年初頭。それまでエスプレッソとアイスドリップに使い、将来はサブ機にする予定なので、今回はコストパフォーマンスを最優先しました。
まず悪い点です。
最初に届いた個体は清掃状態が悪く、説明書には折れや傷み、内部にはコーヒー粉らしき残留物があり、電源スイッチもONのままでした。新品としてはかなり不安になる状態でした。
ただし、Wirshのサポート対応は非常に良かったです。Instagramで連絡すると迅速に対応し、新品交換と国際返送を手配してくれました。
交換品も梱包状態が完璧ではなかったため、中古品というより工場・倉庫・梱包QCに改善の余地が大きいと感じています。
性能面では、無段階調整は本当ですが、精度・再現性には価格相応の限界があります。プラズマ静電気防止も期待ほど強力ではなく、チャフや微粉、ベローズ使用時の飛粉は残ります。
特に気になったのは残留です。
交換品の使用開始から毎回、投入量と排出量を記録しています。
初回は 20.0g投入→17.0g排出。その後も記録を続けましたが、18回中、投入量と排出量が完全一致したのは2回だけでした。
少なく出る時だけでなく、投入量より多く出る時もあるため、前回の残粉が後から出る交換滞留（exchange retention）があると考えています。
週1回ブロワーで通道を清掃すると残粉もそれなりに出るため、私の実測では「0.1g未満、ほぼゼロリテンション」という印象ではありません。
一方、工具不要で簡単に分解・清掃できる点は非常に良いです。また100〜240V、50/60Hz対応なので、日本で変圧器なしに使えるのも大きなメリットです。
説明書は英語のみで内容もかなり簡潔だったため、初心者にはもう少し詳しい説明があると良いと思います。
これだけ不満を書いても返品しなかった理由は単純です。
私の用途では十分だからです。
長期的なメインエスプレッソグラインダーとしてなら他機種も比較することを勧めますが、価格重視で多少の欠点を許容できるなら、GU63は十分検討できる製品だと思います。
私は現在GU63を普通に使いながら、2027年末〜2028年初頭に届く予定の最終的なグラインダーを焦らず待てています。
一言でまとめるなら、「完璧ではなく、宣伝通りではない部分もある。しかしサポートは良く、価格を考えれば今の私には十分使える。」
今後も使用データを記録し、長期耐久性を確認していきます。
I bought the GU63 in Japan as a transitional grinder for espresso and iced drip while waiting for my end-game grinder.

Factory/packaging QC needs improvement, but Wirsh/Geimori support was responsive and handled my replacement very well.

My main concern is retention. Across 18 recorded grinds, only 2 had exactly matching input/output weights. Output also sometimes exceeded fresh input, suggesting exchange retention. My results therefore do not support the “virtually zero retention” impression.

Stepless adjustment works, but precision is limited, and the plasma anti-static system does not eliminate chaff or fines.

Positives include easy tool-free cleaning, simple construction, good value, and 100–240V / 50–60Hz compatibility in Japan.

Not perfect, and some marketing claims do not match my experience. But support is good, and for my purpose, the GU63 is good enough.

Tengo este molino, funciona muy bien, para Espresso me muevo entre el 14 y 19 según marca de café, y para la Moka italiana está fijado al 30.

El paso entre crestas de la rosca está en 2 mm, con un dial de 85 marcas (95 si la vuelta es completa) lo sitúa en 21 micras por marca. Es fácil ponerla entre medio de 2 marcas para dividir la mitad esta cifra.

Le pondré un pomo de madera sobre la tapa del vertido del café, porque encuentro que es algo incómodo destaparla. El fuelle hace bien su función para minimizar la retención y conseguir bajarlo a 0,1 g.

Sobre el ruido, hice varias pruebas y se situa sobre los 86 decibelios de media mientras está moliendo. No es algo exagerado pero no es silencioso.

El motor es brushed pero hace un buen trabajo, muele unos 18 gr de café en unos 30 segundos y sale muy esponjoso.

La limpieza es muy sencilla, eso lo convierte en uno de los mejores molinos, el flujo de trabajo es excelente.

Tuve que pagar aduanas para España en las Islas Baleares, y eso que la web de que vienen incluidas. Entre códigos de descuento y añadir todos los impuestos se quedó en 246 €. Aún así considero buena compra.

I’m a coffee enthusiast and I’ve been looking for a grinder that can give me more control, better consistency, and less mess in my daily routine. The Geimori GU63 has honestly exceeded my expectations.

The grind quality is very consistent, especially for espresso. It is easy to dial in, and the adjustment range gives me enough flexibility to fine-tune the grind depending on the beans I’m using. I also really appreciate the single-dose workflow. There is very little retention, so I feel like I’m actually getting the dose I put in, without wasting coffee.

Another thing I noticed immediately is how clean it is to use. The anti-static design helps reduce grounds flying everywhere, which makes a big difference if you make coffee every day. The grinder also feels solid and well-built, but it doesn’t take up too much counter space.

Overall, the GU63 solved exactly what I needed: better espresso consistency, easier workflow, less mess, and a more enjoyable home barista experience. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about improving their coffee at home.

Fantastic grinder at this price point, build quality is excellent and the taste profile from the GU63 is great!
