Mocha

Mocha

Made in a similar way to a cappuccino but with the addition of chocolate. Simply stir the chocolate into the espresso prior to adding the steamed milk and foam.

Ingredient

  • Cup or tall glass (6-8 oz)
  • Single or double shot of espresso (1-2 oz)
  • Chocolate Syrup (to preference)
  • ⅓ Frothed milk, ⅓ foam.

Preparation

Brew single or double of fresh espresso with Wirsh espresso machine.

Mix the Chocolate syrup to the freshly brewed espresso.

Pour the frothed milk to the cup
