An espresso with frothed milk and a thin layer of foam milk on top. The wider cup will create the slim layer of foam, the signature of the flat white.
- Wide cup (6 oz)
- Single or double shot of espresso (1-2 oz)
- Frothed milk & foam.
Brew single or double of fresh espresso with Wirsh espresso machine.
Begin texturing milk to desired temperature.
Swirl textured milk in the jug to reintegrate the texture.
Pour milk directly into the center of the espresso with the milk jug tip close to the espresso surface. Steady consistent pour is the secret.
