Geimori Shines at the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo

Geimori at the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo

Updated practical notes · Geimori coffee journal

This article documents Geimori's 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo presence. It is a dated event recap rather than a description of a current exhibition, an upcoming booth or a newly released product.

What matters in practice

When comparing grinder models mentioned in older event material, check the latest catalog. GU63 is a 63 mm conical burr single-dose grinder, while GU64 uses 64 mm flat burrs. Event prototypes and later production revisions should not be assumed identical.

A Memorable Experience at the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo

The 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo in Houston was an unforgettable event, and we’re thrilled to have been part of it! It was a true pleasure to connect with coffee professionals, enthusiasts, and fellow exhibitors from around the world.

One of the highlights for us was showcasing the Geimori Coffee Grinder Series. Our booth welcomed a steady stream of visitors curious to get hands-on with our grinders, and we received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Thank you to everyone who came by—we truly appreciate your support and enthusiasm.

Geimori: Featured in Daily Coffee News!

We’re also proud to share that Geimori was featured in Daily Coffee News by Howard Bryman in his article, New Coffee Grinders at the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo:

“Startup equipment company Wirsh called attention to its redesigned flagship Geimori grinders. Slated for launch this summer, the upcoming Geimori GU78 2.0 is now of lower profile and smaller footprint, will be compatible with SSP and other third-party burrs, and offers better alignment thanks to improvements in manufacturing processes, according to the company. The GU64 2.0 shares the alignment and burr upgrades along with a novel mechanism for recalibrating the zero point in its adjustment system.”

We're honored to be included among the latest innovations in the coffee industry and are excited about what’s coming next.
