Super Appliance!

I love this tea maker; it's quick and efficient, and brews tea predictably using the strength lever. SUPER easy to use and clean. I love the glass pitcher. The quality is excellent overall. AND, it doubles as a coffee maker, too; hot or cold brew! Definitely recommend this!

Very satisfied with the Wirsh Ice Tea Maker

My wife and I tried another similar looking ice tea maker and was very dissatisfied with the quality. The lid was warped making it hard to close, the on/off switch never lit up, the glass pitcher was very thin and looked more like cheap plastic etc. Funny how many "made in china" products seems to have one manufacturer but sold under different labels, price points and vendors.
But although the Wirsh Ice Tea Maker is still made in China it's quality is far above the others. The plastic seems to be of a better quality, the glass pitcher while still on the thin side seems more sturdy and not fragile like our old one. Overall the whole design and layout of the Wirsh maker seems to be more durable and it's definitely the ice tea maker we should have bought in the first place quoting my wife.
Making ice tea should be a simple process without the stress of not knowing whether our other tea maker would last another day? The Wirsh Ice Tea Maker certainly fits the bill and makes delicious ice tea!

Nice Machine-But horrible shipping!

I received the machine today via USPS and everything arrived well. The iced tea maker works really well and its nice that it comes with a glass pitcher, that's the good part.

The bad part is how stupid the shipping was. I live in Alabama. The unit was shipped from Atlanta GA and was suppoed to have arrived on 10/26 or 10/27 based on the information given when purchased online. However, for whatever DUMB reason, the package left Atlanta GA and went to Nampa ID, then on to Aurora CO, then finally back to Union City GA and then back to Atlanta and on to Alabama. That was absolutely ridiculous!!! Added on extra days when it could have just came from Atlanta GA straight to Alabama. What a dumb system!!

Very satisfied with the Wirsh Ice Tea Maker

This tea maker works great! It looks really sharp in my kitchen as well. I love the pitcher. It is glass, instead of the plastic that some come with. It cleans up really nice. This also has a lever to adjust how dark you want your tea. The tea tastes great and I’m pleased with how it looks. I recommend!

LOVE IT, SO HAPPY

For someone who drinks a lot of iced tea, this is perfect for me. Brews well, easy to clean and use and the results are always on point.
