Love it, but . . .

I had to replace the very unsubstantial glass pitcher. It cracked after only a few months of use. I am being extremely careful with my new one since the iced tea maker is really wonderful - a good size and easy to store when not in use. I was warned in an Amazon review that the pitcher was easy to break. It is true! Wirsh is easy to work with when replacing the pitcher. The website popped up a coupon to help with the cost. But there is no compensation if this pitcher breaks again.

I really like this pitcher but I am sad, today I accidentally hit the picture with my dish towel and knocked if off the dish drainer and it busted . I had only had it two weeks . I sent a message to Wirsh to see if they would replace it without charging me. But I haven’t heard back from them .
