Shipping SNAFU ends well

The process for ordering and receiving replacement parts for the WIRSH espresso machines is cumbersome and disjointed. I would much prefer being able to facilitate replacement items via Amazon for obvious items such as the water tank I needed replaced. That said, and after an erroneous shipping confirmation showing my item had been delivered to the wrong state, the item arrived finally and within the 10 days promised. Satisfied but hope I do not have to go through their replacement process again.
