I used it to grind for drip coffee and put maybe 2 pounds through it and the battery was still above 85% at the end of the weekend. I had to grind in 2-3 batches at a time as the drip coffee maker was large and the hopper on the grinder is small but thats not a big deal. For a single serving it’s perfect. The speed for pour over / drip was perfectly fine and the grind consistency was nice. The grind adjustment is also very convenient (I like that it’s not under the grinder). There was 35 people at camp and everyone really liked it.

I’ve only used the Geimori T38 Pro a couple of times so far, but I’m really impressed. The only small issue I found was that, in the YouTube videos, the case has a Geimori badge showing which side is up when you open it — mine didn’t have that badge, which was a bit of a shame.

Otherwise, I think the case is a great size. There’s been a lot of talk online about it being too big, but honestly, I don’t see how they could make it any smaller without compromising protection.

I bought this to replace my Comandante hand grinder (which to be clear is also fantastic) for my 9Barista coffee maker. The main reason for the switch was that I’m 64 and my grip just isn’t what it used to be — I was getting tired before the manual grind was done! The Geimori fixed that problem perfectly.

It grinds beautifully and very consistently, but it does take a while — around three minutes to grind 19 grams of coffee. That said, my 9Barista prep routine takes about the same time, so it all lines up nicely and the grind is ready right when I need it.

I called this review “Quiet Espresso” because this setup isn’t about speed or volume. You’re not making coffee for a crowd here — it’s about the ceremony of creating the perfect cup. It’s calm, methodical, and really satisfying when it all comes together for that perfect espresso.

The grind quality is excellent and consistent with no retention (checked this by weighing the grind and it's exactly the same weight as the beans before grinding), and I like to think the slower speed helps keep the grind cool, preserving the aroma and flavour.

I’d definitely recommend the Geimori for the right situation — especially if you’re out camping or travelling and want a proper espresso in the wild. It’s a great piece of kit, and the company is excellent to deal with too.

What i like about this grinder is the size and how compact it is. I charged mine up to 100% and I just push the power button to start grinding. Pretty straight forward. Everything grinds into the magnetic container which i can easily pour into my setup.

Everything is excellent with it. I wish it were faster, but due to size limitations, it is still great.
