Had some problems with k cups, just got hot water.
And am unable to use eco cups. Hot water overflowed over the front of coffee maker, no coffee brewed.
Would like to return coffee maker. Glenda

I'm very pleased with Wirsh - both their excellent customer service and this rather inexpensive but good product. I used this coffee maker for the first time today and am especially pleased that it makes a nice, quick, hot cup of coffee. I used the ground coffee filter and a 12 ounce cup, (I'm guessing it would accept 20 ounces) and there was no splashing on my counter-top! I apparently can use the K-cups some day when I'm more lazy. The odd things are that the start button made the machine hum for a second and stays in its original position instead of sticking where you expect it to be, and the "on" light faces down so you can't see it. But now I know this is normal, and won't worry about it in the future. And it beeped when my coffee was done - that's a nice feature.

A recent purchase, but have used both its functions ( k cups and ground coffee) a few times, and the resulting coffee is decent. Making one cup at a time is attractive if you are trying to cut back on caffein. There is one button controlling both brewing both methods. I have seen other one cup dual function coffee makes with two buttons, one for each function, but Wirsh has done a good job with the one button approach. One little drawback: It is difficult to see the tally light on the switch when standing above the coffee maker without bending down a bit, in order to make sure its been turned on.

This coffee maker has everything you need to make a delicious cup of coffee, whether using grounds or K-cups.
To add to that, I contacted the company with an issue that I had, and I was treated with great care. This company stands behind their product, and that makes this a 10/10 product in my eyes - no question.
