Great machine!! Very simple to use and the dial in was extremely simple and got it on the 2nd try! I’m very impressed with this product. Set up is easy instructions are easy and easy cleaning.
Excellent and sturdy machine! It has everything you need to make any espresso drinks, possibilities are endless. I’ve made so many delicious lattes ever since I got this machine. Setting up the machine was quick and easy, no assembly needed. Took only 5 minutes or less to put everything in place.
It also came with additional accessories like tamper, milk pitcher, single/double wall filters and cleaning kit. You just have to buy some good quality beans to start making espresso. The built-in burr grinder is so convenient, it has 30 grind settings and freshly grind espresso does makes a difference. Love that the steam wand can be use to froth milk as well dispense hot water to make Americano. The included milk pitcher is good size for my drinks.
Controls are touch and super responsive. The detachable water tank makes it easy to clean and refill. Instruction manual is very detailed and easy to understand. They also have QR codes for video instructions, which is really helpful. If you’re new to making espresso, they included extraction guide in the manual. There is definitely a learning curve to make a perfect espresso shot with any espresso machine, so highly recommend trial and error with all the variable like dialing in the right grind setting and amount for the beans you’re using, water temp, pressure and etc till you find the sweet spot.
Overall, fantastic machine for the price point, easy to use and maintain. Sleek design, stainless steel finish and minimal plastic, looks amazing on my counter top.
Excellent product, makes awesome coffee drinks of all kinds. Easy to set up, operate, and customize to my tastes. I tell all my friends about your company. I had an issue with my first machine, and long after Amazon had washed their hands of my purchase, your customer service team jumped in and went to work. After you figured out that I couldn't easily fix the problem you immediately offered me a free total replacement and shipped it out as soon as it was available. I opened the box and the first thing I see is a blue card that reads "We are here to serve you, our door is always open" I have owned restaurants and spent my entire career in food service and hospitality. Your products are superior, but it is your customer service team that will lead to the growth of your company. Everybody should buy these products with confidence. FIVE STARS all the way. When I initially did the very minor assembly I noticed that the coffee hopper feed gate did not move when I turned the hopper, This with a #1 Phillips head took about 45 minutes to resolve. I also disagree with some of the drawings in the instruction manual.
I purchased our Wirsh espresso machine for our new coffee bar and just love it I worked in a coffee shop and had to put a coffee bar in my home. I think now i consider myself a coffee snob. The Wirsh espresso machine works great and my husband and I are enjoying our afternoon lattes! I may even purchase one for our camper!
